Every project starts with an inventory and ends with an archive you own and can rely on. These are the services that fill in between.
Family archive consolidation
Files from every device and account are brought into a single, organized archive, so your family history lives in one accounted-for place instead of a dozen partial ones.
Photo and video organization
Photos and videos are sorted by date and source and arranged into a clear folder structure that makes sense to browse years from now.
Legacy-device intake
Older phones, laptops, external drives, memory cards, and discs are read and logged carefully, including formats that are becoming hard to access.
Duplicate identification
Likely duplicates are identified and flagged for your review. Identifying a duplicate is not the same as deleting it — see our FAQ for details.
File verification
Copied files are checked against their sources so you can be confident what you receive matches what you handed over.
Customer-owned archive delivery
The finished archive is delivered on media you choose — your own external drive, or one we provide. You keep ownership throughout.
Optional retained backup
If you would like us to keep a backup copy on your behalf, that is available as a separate, clearly priced option with its own agreement.
