Your family memories should not live in a drawer full of aging drives.
Family Archive Rescue helps families consolidate, verify, organize, and preserve photos, videos, documents, and digital files scattered across phones, computers, discs, memory cards, and external drives.
Family history, scattered across a decade of devices
Most families don't have one archive — they have a dozen partial ones, on whatever was current at the time.
- Old phones
- Computers
- USB drives
- External drives
- DVDs and CDs
- Camera cards
- Cloud exports
- Old Mac and Windows photo libraries
A calm, methodical path to one trustworthy archive
Family archive consolidation
We bring files scattered across devices and accounts into one organized, accounted-for archive.
Photo & video organization
Sorted by date and source, with duplicates identified so the collection is easier to browse and enjoy.
Legacy-device intake
Older phones, computers, discs, and cards are read carefully and logged as part of the process.
Customer-owned archive delivery
The finished archive is delivered on media you choose. You keep ownership of everything, always.
Four steps, always in this order
Inventory
Every device and disc is logged before anything is copied.
Preserve
Original files are copied first, before any organizing begins.
Organize
Files are sorted, duplicates identified, and structure applied.
Deliver
Your finished archive is delivered on media you choose.
Your files are handled with restraint, not curiosity
- Original files are preserved during normal processing.
- Customer archives are kept separate from unrelated projects.
- Access is limited to what intake, verification, and delivery require.
- Files are never used for advertising, AI training, or unrelated purposes.
Huntsville, Madison, and North Alabama
Remote and out-of-area projects are considered individually.
Preliminary guidance, not a binding quote
Free initial estimate
A first conversation and rough estimate cost nothing.
Basic projects
Starting around $199, for smaller, straightforward collections.
Larger projects
Quoted after inventory, once scope and device count are known.
Retained backup
Quoted separately, by capacity and retention needs.
A few common questions
Will you alter my originals?
Normal processing preserves original files. Any exception would be discussed with you in advance.
Can you recover a physically damaged drive?
Not directly — damaged media is generally referred to a specialist data-recovery service. We do not guarantee recovery outcomes.
Do you keep a copy?
Only if you choose optional retained backup. Otherwise, the delivered archive is yours and we do not retain a copy.
Ready to see what a first estimate looks like?
There's no obligation, and no pressure — just an honest look at what you have and what preserving it well would involve.
